Romanian manufacturer of natural cosmetic products seeks international business partners under distribution agreements

The Romanian company was established in 2018 by two young entrepreneurs with a keen interest in natural cosmetic products. The company specialises in creating cosmetic products, based on the firms’ own recipes. The company’s product portfolio includes: - hand, face and body creams and lotions; - lip balms; - sunscreens and insect repellent lotions; - natural soaps; - cleansing gels and face tonics; - after-shaves and beard creams. The company’s products are manufactured using natural ingredients which include essential and vegetable oils, and active ingredients such as hyaluronic acid, and Q10 coenzyme obtained through plant synthesis. Mineral additives are used for colour and protection. Ingredients used in the manufacturing process are sourced from suppliers in Romania and Germany. Approximately 80-90% of the company’s recipes are vegan, while 70-80% of the ingredients used are bio or organic certified. The company uses complex, original recipes with up to 30 ingredients/product. The use of every ingredient is well justified to ensure an enhancement of the products’ cosmetic effects. All recipes are EC notified and carry appropriate approvals. No animal testing is conducted. The Romanian company currently addresses the national market. Its clients include individuals seeking natural body care products, and zero waste shops. The Romanian firms is interested in expanding its market internationally. As such, the Romanian firm seeks international business partners interested in distributing its products abroad. Cooperation will be based on distribution services agreements.
