A Romanian producer of machine tools is looking for distributors

The Romanian company has got an important experience, more than 50 years, in the field of machine-tools designing and building, being set-up in October 1961. Since 1998 it has been privatized, being part of a private held international company including strong manufacturing holdings in the United States of America and in France. The main business is concentrated now on the manufacture of different tire production equipment in cooperation with a sister company from U.S.A. and of large machine-tools and special purpose machines, as well as of spare parts for the major global tire manufacturers and machine-tools users. Also, the company is very capable of manufacturing special purpose machines and parts for almost any industry, including large, sophisticated, accurate components made up of different metals or alloys. The machine-tools production is structured on the following main fields: vertical turning and boring mills, gantry milling machines, horizontal boring and milling machines, deep holes drilling machines and plano millers. The production takes place in a mono block workshop with an area of more than 40,000 square meters, out of which 14,000 square meters, represents the machining workshop and the rest is for the assembling shop, welding shop and other shops. The manufacturing equipment is compound from: - tire presses - hydraulic and mechanic, built in cooperation with the U.S.A partner; - calenders and mixers, performed in cooperation with the French partner; - machines for rubber winding on tires, manufactured in cooperation with the U.S.A. partner; - vertical turning and boring mills, table diameter 1000-5000 mm, numerical control for positioning or contouring numerical control operated; - vertical turning lathes with automatic tool changer and drilling head for valves machining (less than 16”); - vertical turning lathes with cross-beam and automatic tool changer for work pieces with maximum diameter of 1100 mm for special purpose jobs. - horizontal boring and milling machines - table, „T” or floor type, having the spindle diameter of 90-230 mm; - movable rotary tables, bearing loads from 10 up to 100 tons, of sizes starting from 1000 x 1000 mm up to 3500 x 3500 mm; - gantry type milling machines, with cross-rail or cross-beam, having floor plates of 1500, 2000 or 3000 mm width and length up to 20000 mm; - deep holes drilling machines with contouring numerical control, equipped with two or three deep drilling heads. These machine-tools are suitable for machining of parts from different fields: power industry, car tractor and truck industry, railways, heavy building industry, defence, etc. The machines have been delivered already in France, Germany, U.S.A., India, China, Austria, Spain, Egypt, Netherlands, Russia, Sweden, Italy and other countries. The Romanian company would like to establish cooperation with new distributors to sell its products all over the world.
