Summary:
A Russian company from Moscow presents a new system of emergency protection of pipelines and equipment-pressure stabilizers. They work on the basis of wave pressure stabilization technology and are used in pipeline systems. The company is looking for foreign partners to conclude a long-term distribution services agreement.
Description:
The Russian company from Moscow was founded in 2006. This is an innovative company that presents a new highly effective technology for emergency protection of pipelines and equipment-pressure stabilizers. The pressure stabilizer consists of a casing having a section of the pipeline perforated along the length and perimeter and damping chambers, the hydraulic cavities of which are connected by means of pipes to the casing. The principle of operation of the pressure stabilizer is based on the dissipative and elastic-damping effect distributed along its length on the flow of the pumped medium. Pressure stabilizers are made in the form of inserts into the pipeline and do not create additional hydraulic resistance to the flow of the pumped medium. According to the unified technical requirements, pressure stabilizers do not contain regulatory control mechanisms and do not consume electricity and fuel. They ensure tightness in the event of failure of the elastic elements of the product. The installation of pressure stabilizers ensures complete damping or reduction to a safe level of the amplitudes of pressure fluctuations, vibrations in pipeline systems with a diameter of 10 to 1400 mm, an operating pressure of up to 25 MPa and a working medium temperature of up to 250 °C. The use of pressure stabilizers provides phase shift and damping of wave and vibration processes both in emergency and in normal operation of the hydraulic system. In addition, the introduction of pressure stabilizers slows down the intensity of corrosion processes on the inner surface of pipelines several times in places of fatigue stress concentration, which extends the service life of even worn-out pipelines. This makes it possible to reduce the overall accident rate of pipelines and equipment, as well as reduce financial losses associated with the elimination of the consequences of accidents. The company's production complex combines several production bases and an assembly shop. The principle of "narrow specialization" allows achieving maximum quality control of products, reducing the time of the production cycle, regardless of the order volume. Pressure stabilizers are widely used in housing and communal services, electric power, oil and gas, chemical, metallurgical and other industries. At the moment, more than 180 pressure stabilizers have been successfully operating for more than 12 years at 83 facilities of 62 enterprises and organizations of various industries, utilities and pipeline transport of the Russian Federation, CIS countries and the EU. The Russian company is looking for foreign partners to conclude a long-term distribution services agreement. The Russian side will supply pressure stabilizers to a potential partner. The Russian company is ready to provide commissioning and maintenance services for pressure stabilizers. The expected result of this agreement will be an expansion of the geography of supplies and an increase in production capacity.
