The Russian company from the Sverdlovsk region was founded in 2017 with the aim of combining scientific research and technologies are located in the Ural Region. The experimental production site and research laboratory are located on the basis of the Ural State Forestry University. There is a modern technological complex for the production and storage of organic compounds, as well as dry mixtures. The Russian company has developed and produces a rubber-polymer material that is used in the oil and gas and construction industries for cementing wells during drilling and for repair and isolation works. The complex rubber-polymer system can be used both for primary cementing of wells and for secondary (repair and isolation works). The principle of the application is the use of this system, both as an additive to cement slurries (creating a cement slurry, which will receive elastic properties, will improve the adhesion of a cement stone in the rock-cement-column contact zone), and separately without cement (creating an elastic system that can withstand high mechanical loads). In the process of carrying out repair and insulation works, cement systems cannot penetrate into problem areas due to the size of their particles. Examples include casing leaks and gas/water/oil breakthroughs through gravel pack/screen, micro-cracks, microchannels, or micro gaps. The composition isolates problem areas due to its high penetrating ability, clog problem areas, and isolates during the curing process. At the same time, this technology allows you to avoid additional work (costs) and to solve the problem in a short period of time with greater efficiency than conventional technologies. The developed material consists of 5 main reagents: organic resin, modifying agent, hardener, accelerator, low-temperature hardener. The production facilities allow the production of more than 300 tons of polymer material per year. The Russian company is looking for partners from the oil and gas and construction industries to conclude a subcontracting agreement. Under this agreement, the Russian company will fulfill orders for the selection of the composition of the polymer composition with laboratory tests for a specific facility and supply the product in the required quantities. The foreign partner will independently perform well-cementing services while drilling.
