The company offers equipment for non-destructive testing and safety control, as well as for biological and pharmaceutical research. * Dynamic X-ray detectors (different types): Designed for solving problems of non-destructive testing when it is necessary to obtain high-resolution digital images - from 50 and 140 microns. The detectors can be supplied as OEM accessories with the corresponding software package (SDK). * Desktop high-resolution microtomography system is intended for analysis of internal structures of various samples, measurements and visualization of the three-dimensional volume of the test object. The compact design provides complete protection against X-ray radiation. The microtomography allows to control the magnification factor and rotate the test object, to carry out tomographic reconstruction of up to 1800 projections, it can be equipped with detector manipulators to increase the monitoring area and a sample heating / cooling system. * X-ray television system - designed to solve problems of X-ray non-destructive testing, industrial flaw detection, scientific research. The system is equipped with modern: flat-panel dynamic detector and microfocus emitter. The system design provides complete protection against X-ray radiation in accordance with OSPORB-99. For the convenience of selecting the correct projection of the transillumination, the system can be equipped with manipulators that allow moving the detector, sample and test object. * System for X-ray inspection of printed circuit boards - the system is designed for inspection of the quality of assembly of printed circuit boards, including those with BGA elements, as well as for X-ray inspection of electronic assemblies and assemblies. Magnification up to 30x and video mode allow to identify most of the standard installation defects. * X-ray component counter - designed for counting electronic components in coils, bobbins, tubes and tape cuttings at the assembly production site. It is also possible to inspect the quality of assembly of printed circuit boards with magnification up to 5 times. Counting is possible: capacitors, resistors, oscillators, capacitors, LEDs, transistors, diodes and other components. * Software - designed for obtaining images from all models of detectors, measuring linear dimensions, adding annotations. Has a unique set of mathematical tools for image processing, both in real time and static. The software can be used for non-destructive testing, inspection of printed circuit boards and electronic components, tomography, as well as for special checks. The software integrates the best practices in the field of X-ray inspection of printed circuit boards. The Russian company is looking for partners to sign distribution services agreement. The result of this cooperation is a Russian company’s goal - an increase in profits as well as access to new foreign markets; the partner will use the innovative device for his own purposes.
