This Serbian software company has been on the market since 2015. It is specialized in developing music education platform. The process of creating the program included multiple collaborators from the areas of redacting the textual part of the content, notography, audio-video production and graphic design. After the publication of the textbook in 2016, there was a need to upgrade the existing textbook into a comprehensive internet application whose construction took a total of 3 years. The software itself was built by a team of developers consisting of 4 developers with over ten years of experience in the field, using the most contemporary programming languages: PHP (CAKE PHP), JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AJAX and others. A unit of this product is a software that contains 6 music levels with over 10,000 videos accompanied by educational textual content and tests to test knowledge while learning the guitar. A device with an internet connection is required for the operation of this interactive program. After accessing this program and choosing the desired level, the user gets access to the textual and video lessons which will aid them during the learning process. After a certain number of lessons, the user takes a test in order to check their knowledge and move on to the next level. Content of this program: • the content is made up of chords, scales, pieces and etudes adjusted and sorted according to year of study • 207 textual and visual tests with more than 1000 questions synchronised with the above mentioned content • more than 17 hours of video material for practicing • Six years of study divided into 3 levels of difficulty • An encyclopedia of musical symbols and the complete music theory • The ability to print the materials in high resolution PDF format The Administrator section of the application is conceived in a manner allowing each user (student) to have their personal profile linked to their preferred e-mail address. When the user (student) visits a video or text lesson, the date and time of accessing it is recorded. The student’s achievements on the tests as well as the number of tries are also recorded. The professor who has his/hers group of students can use these types of information to additionally track the student’s progress. Any form of partnership (domestic and abroad) includes a sale or a contractual agreement for the use of the program in the form of individual and group licences. The product has upgrade potential in multiple aspects: • Formatting and entry of new content (for other musical instruments) • Possibility of upgrading the application itself by introducing new functionalities.
