Singapore Asian drinks manufacturer is seeking European partners via distribution service agreement

The Singapore-based company manufactures, distributes, and exports non-alcoholic soft beverages to Asian countries. In order to increase its European presence and expand into non-Asian markets, the company is currently seeking European partners through a distribution service agreement.
The Singapore Company, founded in 1994, started by making their pioneer product, a vitamin-fortified soy milk drink that has proven successful in today's Asia market and is enjoyed by people of all ages. Today, the company produces a variety of beverages which includes: 1) Tea and Asian drinks are infused with a rich Asian heritage, hence this range of soft beverages is made using traditional recipes that are blended to taste like home-brewed. Winter melon tea, chrysanthemum tea, and lychee drink are among the beverages supplied. 2) Soybean drink manufactured with top grade Canadian non-genetically modified organisms whole soybeans that are soaked and blended using traditional preparation, resulting in silky smooth with a home-brewed taste soybean drink. Their soybean drink is also lactose-free and devoid of preservatives, trans fat, and cholesterol. 3) Isotonic beverages are specially formulated to effectively replenish lost fluids, minerals, and electrolytes for physical performance. This drink is also endorsed by Singapore's health promotion board as a healthier choice of isotonic drink because it contains less sugar and calories. 4) The coconut and water supplied are made entirely of coconut water, which includes natural minerals and electrolytes such as potassium, calcium, and magnesium, making it a perfect drink to rehydrate the body after an exercise. And the sparkling water supplied is naturally refreshing and crisp in taste. As the company is currently having a minimal presence in Europe and would want to partner with more European partners from various European regions that can assist the company in distributing more of its products in the European market. The partnership can be formed via a distribution service agreement.
