Description:
The Hungarian municipality started to produce bag-in-box apple juice in 2015. Their goal is to produce quality 100% fruit juice. In order to fulfil the increasing market demand, they need to increase production, this is the reason they want to find new suppliers of fruit and vegetable based product as basic material for their fruit juice production.
They are looking for high quality products that neither contain added sugar, additives, preservatives nor added colouring. They are made from 100% fruit.
Fruit and vegetable based product as basic material for their fruit juice production can be:
- Concentrates made from fresh, ripe fruits or vegetables
- Pulps made from high quality fruit or vegetable
- Purees made from pulps by removing part of the water content.
Why Croatia?
Due to its proximity, natural strengths and logistics reasons, the bordering Croatia has been chosen by the Hungarian client as initial steps to be taken with the assistance of Enterprise Europe Network.
The logistics from Croatia to Hungary will be organized by the Hungarian buyer, because they have their own truck for transportation.
They are looking for long term cooperation with a reliable partner in the framework of manufacturing agreement.

- Concentrates made from fresh, ripe fruits or vegetables by gently evaporated part of the water content. They can be pulpy or strained, in the second case all the fibres are removed
- Pulps made from high quality fruit or vegetable by pressing the peeled fruit, which contains the juice and fibres as well
- Purees made from pulps by removing part of the water content.
