Spanish company dedicated to the extraction and sludge dewatering even in explosive atmospheres is looking for commercial and services agreement with technical assistance and/or joint venture agreement

The Spanish company, with 20 years of experience in this field, has a dredge of sludges equipment, certified by the Madariaga Official Laboratory, which allows working into ATEX-EX/PROOF areas, classified as "Zone 1 Class 2". This equipment, which can work while the client can pursue its regular activities, has a nominal extraction performance of sludges of 60m3/h at depths of up to 8 meters. The bottom sludge extractor breaks the mineralized sludges with a perpetual screw and it pushes the sludge out through a self-priming lobe pump. The extracted sludge is sent to the point of collection for posterior treatment in surface, since it is an electric drive equipment which is operated remotely via wireless devices. This equipment can be associated to mobile centrifuging and filtering treatment plants depending on the kind of sludge. The technology is offered to similar companies related with industrial cleaning works whose clients belong to chemistry, petrochemistry, pharmaceutical, agrofood, metal or nuclear industries, and interested in offer these services under commercial and/or services agreement with technical assistance, or joint venture agreement.
