The Spanish company was founded in 2017 after four years of an intensive period of R&D activities focused in breeding and rearing insects while setting internal standards for scaling up recycling processes and establishing pilot’s productions.
The company activities cover the whole cycle of insects breeding, having set industrialized and professional practices internally allowing them to accomplish waste elimination and valorization processes obtaining raw materials either for animal feed or for industrial processes as the production of natural fertilizers for agriculture.
The company counts with an experienced team (CEO, Business Developer, Chief Technology Manager and technicians) and counts actually with three production plants in Spain and an annual production/bioconversion capacity of 20 tons for the agro-industrial raw material lines.
Their technical capacities are able to solve the different problems of organic waste disposals, offering a solution for food industries, waste treatment plants, livestock farms or urban organic waste processors. The implementation in client’s premises of their processes helps to reduce waste and residues problems following circular economy principles.
Having developed a national network of partners and clients covering management solutions for different waste sources and by-products they are setting initial steps for internationalization.
Considering that the market presents an opportunity for their value proposition, and following a concentric approach, they are searching for European companies (agriculture, food, water…industries) willing to improve their waste elimination process under natural and circular economy solution orientations and without no extra energy consumption, and zero environmental impact on one side; and companies (animal feed, agriculture fertilizers, etc.) on the other, demanding raw materials for their manufacturing processes. Considering both group of agents, they offer partnership under different co-operation agreements. Subcontracting agreements for industry waste or by products generators, and distribution agreements for animal, aquaculture feed or fertilizers industries on the other. Preferred partners should have good knowledge and established networks in the waste recycling, food production or environmental conservation fields.
