The foundry cast parts for wood-gas burning appliances, biomass heating appliances, cooking devices, home cookware, urban furniture... Everything related to aesthetic grey laminar iron, whatever finishing required (raw, dressed, machined, painted, porcelain enamel, assembled…) is looking for outsourcing, subcontracting or manufacturing agreements.
Description:
• Foundry Manufacturing Plant with the largest format of DISAMATIC moulding system and running under ISO9000 and Environmental UE Regulations with more than 60 years of foundry expertise.
• Cast iron parts design, cast and process for wood-gas-coal burning stoves, fireplaces, hearths, inserts and cookers, aesthetic castings for home cookware, urban furniture, bath, and other purposes.
• Our Company offers to source you single castings to a complete finished product.
• All the processing is made in house, from melting of cast iron to the porcelain enamelling and assembling. They do not outsource any of their production processes.
• The vertical extra large moulding DISA machine, may use existing pattern moulds (same or smaller sizes, vertical or horizontal moulding patterns). Their pattern workshop develops pattern moulds in four weeks, their foundry engineers work in cooperation with customer design engineers.
