The Spanish company is based in the Island of Mallorca which runs a social platform in the world of wine where experts and amateurs get in touch to share from a bottle of wine, a course or a tour through the vineyards of a beautiful winery. There are essentially 3 strategic lines:
1. Reservations of experiences through the web. The experiences proposed by the platform are divided into three blocks: Tours: conducting tours through the wineries of Mallorca, with the collaboration of an excursion company. Customers have a special ticket to visit several wineries using the excursion bus. They are conducted in different languages and are promoted in the hotels of the Island. Tastings: to be conducted both by amateurs and professionals In this platform, fans and professionals can publish the tastings or events they want to do on their own. People sign up and pay using the web. All "wine-hosts" are scored by the users whom test their services. Courses: conducted by experts of which winemakers and sommeliers have the possibility to publish their courses on the platform. However; for this it is necessary to pass a “check” in order to select real expert professionals. It is a requirement to have degrees and experience.
2. Content development: publication of quality explanatory reports of the world of wine.
3. “Wine marketing”: promotion of wineries and wines in social networks. Participation in Influencer's platforms for wine world promotions.
The company needs assistance in approaching credible partners with genuine interest, and further develop their core business platform model. They are looking for long term cooperation (1-5 year) with commercial agents.
