Description:
This UK SME (based in North Wales) designs and manufactures prosthetic leg covers/protectors for users with above and below knee prostheses. Currently, the company produce covers of custom size and design to suit prosthetic users from 11 years of age and older.
The company has been operating since 2018 and sells directly to end users (B2C) as well as, to public and private health organisations (B2B) throughout the UK that offer services to prosthetic users.
The client offers custom prosthetic leg covers to distribution companies of any size across the Network. B2C and B2B users can custom design the individual covers to suit their needs.
The covers are designed using computer-aided methods and manufactured with high quality materials to produce a robust, affordable, and aesthetically attractive prosthetic leg accessory.
Ideal partners will be distribution organisations of any size (small to multinational) with knowledge of, and links into, the region’s public and private health organisations supporting prosthetic users. I.e. local equivalents to the National Health Service (NHS) in the United Kingdom.
Over time, the client aims to become the top global supplier of niche prosthetic leg covers/protectors by developing a vast network of international distributors to suit each country’s needs/demand.

The client is open to receiving Expressions of Interest from distribution companies of any size and from all countries across the Network.
An exclusive distribution services agreement is offered, and potential partners will:
• Be a distributor or specialist limb-centre that has at least a 50% geographical coverage within their country.
• Be looking to improve patient welfare.
• Have experience in sales and marketing of add on products.
• Have full understanding of local amputee/prosthetic user markets.
• Have understanding of local healthcare systems, health insurance and funding options for prosthetic limbs.
• Be comfortable dealing directly with patients (B2C sales) as well as, private and public health organisations (B2B sales).
The offering client would maintain all manufacturing rights and responsibilities of the product.
