UK SME is looking for distributors of their disinfection solutions and/or customers interesting in developing new or white labelled wet wipe products through manufacturing agreement(s)

This UK SME, which is part of a global firm that owns large manufacturing facilities in the UK, is looking to expand the supply of their infection prevention solutions across Europe. The company is always striving to do more to reduce the spread of infection and preserve the well-being of those touched by their products. Currently, the SME has distributor partners in Spain, Portugal, Italy, Saudi Arabia and Australia, but wants to keep growing internationally. The firm has over 120 employees with subject matter experts in validation, non-woven products, formulations, regulations, manufacturing, project management, quality, marketing and customer support. The SME has extensive R&D capabilities and is able to address diverse customer preferences and rigorous regulatory environments. They offer the following product types through its healthcare division: • Disinfection solutions for skin and Medical Devices • Disinfectant wipes effective against Covid-19 and other pathogens. • Hand hygiene & patient bathing solutions. They also have a manufacturing division which provides contract manufacturing services for wet wipes. Their capabilities include: • An on-Site water purifying plant (UV, RO), • Full liquid blending facilities • High Speed Production Lines and Wipes systems & dispensers. • SME source non-woven fabric from all over the world including technical graded fabric at various weights, colours, and thicknesses • Micro and Analytical Testing • Validation • Package testing • Accelerated and Real Time Stability Testing • Preservative Testing • Clinical/Safety Testing • Test Method transfer and development • Formula Development The UK SME is looking for: 1) International distributors in Germany and France mainly, but open to other markets. The SME is looking partners who are keen to expand their current portfolio working alongside a reputable global brand with big ambitions to grow in the healthcare sector to establish exclusive distributor agreement(s). 2) Firms/organisations interested in developing and manufacturing their own disinfectant products, such as wet wipes, for white labelling under manufacturing agreement. This means that the UK firm will support the development and manufacture of any product required using the client's brand.
