Ukrainian company engaged in manufacturing of baby food is looking for partner for cooperation under the distribution services agreement.

Ukrainian company produces and sells baby food, such as fruit and vegetable mushes (purees), juices, milkless and milk pablums. There are more than 70 various items in the assortment. The company’s manufacturing facilities are located on the South of the country, that allows delivering the freshest raw materials to the line. The company has operated on the Ukrainian baby food market since 1992. Now the company realizes a complete production cycle and is one of the largest manufacturers of baby food in Ukraine. The company provides one of the highest quality and safety standards in the industry. Manufacturing and packaging lines are equipped with the most efficient and modern machines from the world industry leaders – “ELPO” (Italy), “GMF GOUDA” (The Netherlands), “ROVEMA” (Germany). The company passed certification according to the international quality management standards of the food processing industry. Juices and mushes (purees) are manufactured from fresh natural fruits and vegetables. During July-October period the plant manufactures natural puree from seasonal fruits and vegetables. Due to special storage conditions this semi-finished product is used as raw material for puree and juice manufacturing during the rest of the year. The manufacturing process consists of the stages of mechanical pressing and pasteurization. That technology and a special vacuum packaging allows preserving of as many vitamins and microelements in the finished product as possible. In the same time additive agents (such as pectin, modified starch), coloring and chemical preservatives are excluded. Pablums manufacturing process is a closed cycle, totally computerized, that excludes human intervention. That prevents the possibility of infectious agents’ ingress. Starting from 2001, the company has exported its products under own trademark to Eastern-European countries. It is interested in new foreign customers’ engagement. The company is looking for cooperation under the distribution services agreement. The Partner is supposed to provide activities for the company's products promotion, attract customers (food retailers, pharmacy chains, specialized baby stores) and conclude supply agreements. The Partner is sought to make purchasing plans for stated periods in order to plan manufacturing accordingly. The Partner should be able to store the company's products and arrange their delivery from warehouse to the customers.
