A Ukrainian company has developed an innovative facade panels technology made of artificial stone and is now looking for financial partners.

The Ukrainian SME from Dnipro manufactures complete production lines for the production of thin-walled hyper-pressed facade panels with stiffeners. The double-sided pressing of building products at ultra-high pressure (more than 500 kg per cm2) allows to create the required specific pressure, which leads to high-quality tiles. The customer can choose what material the tile to be made of (marble, granite, shell rock, dolomite or other natural material, as well as their various combinations), the size and configuration of the tile fixing. It is also possible order a lightweight or reinforced tile base, including addition of basalt, metal or any other fiber. The front side of the tile can be textured: - 3D structure; - with any text and pattern; - multicolor; - smooth; - with bas-relief. The rear part is made with stiffening ribs of the required dimensions, in the form of honeycombs or other structure that the customer needs. The customer can now choose the resistance to humidity/salt, weight, color and price category of the product from which his tiles is to be made. A 3D facade simulator will allow the buyer to see how his product will look like from different angles, to see patterns and textures, a system of hidden and front fastening. Professional consumers - architects, designers and planners - will be able to create complex textures, surfaces and shapes for a wide range of use using our application for AutoCAD and ArchiCAD, they will be able to expand the horizon of opportunities for the implementation of their creative ideas. Nevertheless, the company seeks for a partner to launch an export-oriented enterprise for the production of facade materials under the financial agreement.
