Description: 
The Ukrainian SME, based in Odessa, was founded in 2006. The company has acquired over 15 years of knowledge and expertise in eco-friendly products that have a positive impact on the environment. The Ukrainian company offers equipment for transforming food waste into feed mix for pig feed. The complex consists of two devices: a crusher and an activator. The crusher performs preliminary crushing of waste to a size of 5 mm. The activator grinds it to micron size. Disinfection is achieved by breaking the membranes of bacteria of viruses and fungi. During the food waste treatment starch turns into sugar, which is easily digested by animals. The addition of a mineral supplement developed by the company to the feed enriches it with microelements and prevents diseases spreading by the fecal-oral route. The equipment is offered through a commercial agreement with technical assistance to pig farms or other companies in the animal feed industry that would be interested in installing the equipment to produce pig feed in an environmentally-friendly manner.
