The manufacturer has a machining section, consisting of a turning group of machines, a milling group of machines, drilling and cross-planing groups of machines, a flat grinding group of machines, a coordinate-boring group of machines.
A laboratory is operating at the plant, which allows determining the strength of the molding sand in a wet state and periodically analyze samples to adjust the molding sand formulas by introducing lignosulfonate and bentonite. There is also a device for determining the gas permeability of the mixture. The hardness of the products is determined by a hardness tester, chemical analysis spectrometer "Octopus".
The Ukrainian company has induction furnaces which are installed at the foundry site of the enterprise.
The manufacturer is using the following processes:
- casting on cold hardening mixtures;
- casting on gasified models;
- centrifugal casting.
Today the production facilities of the enterprise allow producing more than 900 tons of suitable castings per year, depending on the product range.
