During manufacture of products the company uses such materials as: - thermoplastic rubbers – one of the most commonly encountered materials for a shoe sole, that is flexible and resistant to wear and temperature differential and slip-free; - polyurethane – this material is characterized by lightness, high strength and elasticity, has a good thermal insulation and shock absorption; - rubber – has a high surface adhesion coefficient, is resistant to wear and mechanical effect, but is heavier as compared to other materials; - thunit – is a special type of rubber sole, a cross between sole from thermoplastic materials and leather sole, the properties of which are strength, processibility and longevity; - thermo-polyurethane – is up-to-date thermoplastic material, characterized by resistance to abrasion, rupture, low-temperature effect, high surface adhesion capacity, fast recovery of shape after deformation; - thermo-polyurethane in combination with polyurethane (TPU/PU) – complex soles are made from such material, which practically do not wear off and do not slide, yet, at the same time are light and strong, have low thermal conductivity, as well as withstand low temperatures up to - 40℃. The company production floor space occupies nearly 7 000 m2 and is equipped with the most up-to-date European equipment.
