An Ukrainian company that specializes in timber materials production is looking for manufacturers of furniture under commercial agency agreement.

The company with its three manufacturing subsidiaries, located in Ukraine, has been developing its successful activity for already 20 years. The company offers a wide range of wooden materials. Such materials are widely used for manufacture of furniture and in construction industry. One of the company priorities is environmental care. The company product range includes such products: - Wooden chipboards (thickness from 10 mm to 28 mm) – ground surface three-ball board. Internal ball made of coarse-grained chip scraps and external balls – from fine-grained chipping, i.e. micro chip scraps; therefore, the surface is even and has a large support prior to tearing-off of upper ball. - Laminated boards (of various decor and structure) are manufactured on the basis of three-ball chipboard, that from both sides is coated by decorative paper, impregnated with melamine resin, that facilitates forming of steady surface. - Façade cloth (glazed tile of 16 mm and 18 mm thick) is a product, made on the basis of three-ball chipboard, coated from one side by high pressure laminate of 1 mm thick and level of shine more than 115 units, and from the other side by balancing paper, impregnated with special moisture-resistant chemicals. - Oriented strand board is plane-pressed three-ball board that is manufactured from rectangular swarf by hot pressing under high pressure and temperature conditions, using synthetic resin as a binding agent. - Tabletops (with various surface decoration) are manufactured under postforming technique on the basis of chipboards. Characterized by robustness and resistance to different environmental factors. - The company manufactures also dry-pressed chipboards. Such products were formed by pressing wood fibers, using binding organic substances in high pressure and temperature conditions. Such material is characterized by its homogeneity over entire chipboard thickness. The company meets requirements of internal standards, statutory requirements in the area of process flow, certified according to Forest Stewardship Council system. Wood raw materials are purchased from Forest Stewardship Council-certified and Forest Stewardship Council-inspected suppliers. Equipment of renowned foreign companies was put into operation by the company such as: Dieffenbacher, Siempelkamp, Vits. The company offers its partners innovative solutions, elaborated with consideration for individual demands of all industries, which use wood-working industry.
