Ukrainian company specializing in manufacturing of non-combustible heat-insulating materials, based on natural minerals, is looking for partners to cooperate under distribution services or commercial agency agreement

The Ukrainian company is situated in the northern part of Ukraine. It has been successfully operating in the market for more than 18 years. The company manufactures heat-insulating mixtures, expanded perlite and vermiculite, vermiculite plates, high-temperature glue and many other useful products. All materials are made on the basis of natural fillers – vermiculite and/or perlite – without organic binding materials used even inside the building. Moreover, the company’s materials are non-combustible, safe for human health and they do not discharge any harmful substances during heating. The company’s products are checked by the quality control department and their useful life is 25 years, which is approved by the test protocol in the independent accredited laboratory. The materials are used for agriculture (earth mixtures, hydroponics, humidity monitoring), industry (high-temperature insulation, fire-proof concrete), storage of fruit and vegetables, reduce of earth humidity, enhancement of root systems of room flowers, trees, bushes and others. Due to own logistics department, the company’s products are delivered to the client in the shortest time and in convenient way. The Ukrainian company is interested in selling and representing its products abroad and thus it is looking for distributors of its products to conclude the distribution services agreement as well as agents/promoters to cooperate under commercial agency agreement.
