The company is a Ukrainian enterprise that specializes in the die cast. It was founded in the late 90th years of the last century, in 2002 it was decided to expand the casting production and focus on a new direction – is die-cast. Since aluminum die-cast is a method of casting which has many advantages over other methods of casting.
The company produces aluminum castings weight from 40g up to 8kg (the weight of poured aluminum can be over 10kg). Moulds and casting machines are used for injection molding. Enterprise uses its own hot-chamber die casting machines and a specific pressure of 630 to 1000 MN/m2. It has an experience of producing up to 4 castings per minute on such equipment.
Maps of die casting are developed for each individual product. They are entered in the computer and monitored by the technologist in real time. The company uses the FMEA method for the failure analysis. Casting production uses thermostats to ensure the quality of castings and economical use resources of casting tools. The mold and casting tools are transferred to the production by the customer. They can also be purchased for customer accounts and are insured against accidents.
When manufacturing its products the company uses up-to-date equipment of renowned European manufacturers. The company regularly renews and modernizes equipment for manufacture and storage of in-house products. Continuous improvement of all lines of production, as well as ramping up of production enables the company in a timely manner to satisfy customer needs, maintaining with this an excellent quality of products.
