A Ukrainian inventor has developed a patented technology for producing facade and decoration materials.

The Ukrainian company is looking for partners from the construction sector, tiles producing sectors under license agreements. Under the license agreement, the company will provide the partner with technology and production line and the exclusive/non-exclusive right to sell the product and also provide services connected with the transfer of technical and reference information related to operation of the technology process. Specified characteristics may include the following: • tile size • mounting type • back side structure type • required weight of the facade slab • the appearance of the slab • colour • texture and pattern of tile material • volumetric multicolor printing of texts and ornaments • material from which the facade slab will be made • physical and mechanical characteristics of tiles • reinforced anti-vandal composition of the slab • armor plates to protect the lower part of building facades • surface polishing • Production capacity on the basis of the press line KRP - 2000, up to 86.4 m² / hour. The invention for the moment has been patented in Ukraine, whereas no relevant technological solutions have been identified in the patent scope database yet
