A Ukrainian manufacturer of oak bedroom furniture is looking for distributors and agents

The Ukrainian company was founded in 1992. The manufacturer produces premium class bedrooms from solid oak, which was a sacred symbol of many nationalities, as well as walnuts and cherries. In production, the company use wood cherry, walnut, oak, ash, beech, maple. The company apply wax and oil (3 + 3) to the client's environmental requirements: - Beeswax. - Candell wax. - Carnauba wax. - Sunflower oil. - Jojoba oil. - Flaxseed oil. Surface painted with oil and wax, resistant to substances: -wine, coffee, Coca-Cola, tea, beer - European standard DIN 68861-1B; -sweat and saliva - European standard DIN 53160; The surface, painted with oil, with wax has an antibacterial effect. The surface painted with wax oil meets European standards for slip resistance EN 13893, DIN 51130. The production process is closed type: - timber harvesting; - sawmill; - 5 years of ageing in pallets; - drying (vacuum, vacuum press, vacuum pulse); - painting stand with water curtain; - packing, delivery and installation of products. The company cooperate with design studios, where through technology the customer's ideas are implemented. In the technology of manufacturing, the firm use certified materials from well-known European manufacturers. The expected result of the cooperation is the sales of the company's products and an increase in its profits. The Ukrainian company is looking for reliable foreign partners to conclude commercial agency and distribution services agreements. Potential partners should be wholesalers and/or agents from Europe and beyond, willing to represent the Ukrainian company’s offered products into their internal markets. Under distribution services agreement the company is looking for a partner who will promote the products to wholesale companies, online shops or mass retailers and represent the company's business interests on foreign markets or it may be a direct seller.
