In recent years, Ukraine has been actively increasing external supplies of certain types of meat and offal. Poultry meat dominates in the export structure, its share is about 80%. According to the State Statistics Service, the volume of external supplies of poultry meat and offal over a five-year period increased almost threefold, to a record 240 thousand tons. The export products are mainly frozen poultry.
