Summary:
The company is located in Ukraine and produces a device that optimizes fuel consumption and improves the environmental friendliness of vehicles and stationary installations by up to 50%. The main advantages of the device are efficiency, quick and easy installation, long service life and the fact that it does not require additional energy sources. The firm would like to share its technology on the international market and is thus looking for a commercial agreement with technical assistance.
Description:
The Ukrainian company founded in 2013 has been a provider and manufacturer of internal combustion engines. There are a lot of vehicles in the world that pollute the atmosphere, and the company has set itself the goal of reducing this impact. The technical instrumentation and know-how developed by the company solve this problem. A special feature is the use of a new fuel processing technology, which does not work to neutralize, like others, but to prevent the formation of harmful substances. The tests were carried out in real conditions. The model range was developed for engines of different types. Technology has a registered patent and a trademark.  The device is a cylindrical shape, chamber cassette type. It has three chambers, where there is a stepped process of hydrocarbon fuel. The device contains an internal cassette with porous titanium, gamma-alumina, chemical catalytic elements, basalt fibres and a copper grid. The treatment of fuel passing through the device, the catalytic materials, allows intensifying the reactions of structural reformation of molecules. This process in the device improves fuel quality, the fuel burn process becomes more intense.  Also, the saturation of fuel with salts of scouring metals occurs at the nano level. Next, traps are installed in the device that captures harmful combustion products. As a result: -compression is levelled in the engine cylinders, -friction losses are reduced (the effect of basic friction), -the engine's motor's working capacity decreases, -and the formation of the fuel in the combustion chambers decreases. The company seeks collaborations with partners to deploy their technology through a commercial agreement with technical assistance. The technology may also be interesting for companies seeking to improve energy efficiency and reduce environmental pollution.  As part of a commercial agreement with technical assistance, the Ukrainian company offers assistance in adapting the engine to the partners' needs and types of connection.
Type (e.g. company, R&D institution…), field of industry and Role of Partner Sought:
The proposed engines are used in many types of systems, such as cars, energy-saving equipment and factories, so the desired partners may be from the heavy industry or automotive sector. Companies interested in reducing emissions from their production or development can also be potential partners. The desired partner must be willing to purchase the technology for implementation in their production. Technical support will also be provided by a Ukrainian company.
