Description:
The accumulation of combustible household and industrial waste and their environmentally friendly processing is a serious problem. Each type of such waste, as a rule, is accumulated separately and reused or finally disposed of, for example, incinerated. At the same time, great efforts have to be made to ensure the environmental safety of disposal processes.
The Ukrainian SME has experience in creating and operating equipment for the disposal of combustible household and industrial waste. A feature of this equipment is the possibility of environmentally friendly and simultaneous disposal of various types of waste. For example, you can simultaneously dispose of waste rubber, worn out car tires, plastic and combustible food waste. The equipment also produces thermal energy that can be used for heating, hot water supply and electricity generation in the industrial and residential sectors. The content of pollutants in emissions during the operation of the equipment complies with European environmental standards.
The main part of the process equipment is a reverse process gas generator. The combustion process is two-stage. The high temperature of gasification and combustion ensures disinfection and maximum utilization of the energy component of waste.
The equipment can operate on traditional fuel (wood, coal, etc.) and / or combustible household and industrial waste (rubber, tires, leather, textiles, plastics, etc.). In addition, liquid combustible waste such as used engine oil is also recycled.
12 models of the equipment have been developed and certified in the form of hot water boilers with a capacity of 25 to 3150 kW.
Target partners can be companies that produce relevant waste and are interested in reducing the cost of their disposal, companies that produce related equipment for waste management, as well as companies that design and implement power supply systems for isolated objects and are interested in obtaining cheap thermal energy. The utilizer has been tested at several enterprises in Ukraine.
The SME will consider proposals for partnerships based on a financial agreement or commercial agency agreement.
Under the financial agreement, the SME is looking for an investor / investment in a company / project.
Under a commercial agency agreement, the SME is looking for a partner to represent its interests outside Ukraine.

- companies that design and implement energy systems for isolated objects.
The role of possible partners is to use of the equipment for own applications or promotion the equipment to the market.
In addition, the company is looking for partners to joint preparation the project proposal for the participation in the competitions of the EC Program Horizon 2020.
