A small Danish biotech company established in 2019, has created a functional beverage with plant extracts in the overlap between nutrition, health, and performance, that supports the brain in a healthy way. Normal caffeinated “energy” drinks, provide a short burst of energy, followed by a crash, and while they may give a feeling of energy for short period of time, can decrease mental performance over longer use.

Since 2005, a small Danish company has developed, manufactured and marketed disposable medical devices, working closely with patients, patient associations and healthcare professionals to make products that facilitate their lives. The company started when a stoma nurse at a regional hospital had the idea for a disposable sleeve which could help ileostomy patients empty their ostomy bags in an easy and hygienic manner. A disposable, flushable sleeve was developed, made from eco-friendly and biodegradable paper, to allow easy and hygienic emptying of ostomy bags, avoiding risks of spillage.

The Danish company was founded in 2017 in North Denmark, based on years of research and development with industry, academia, public health and specialists, within the field of sustainable pasteurisation for use in the dairy industry. Normally, pasteurisation and bactofugation are major components of all modern dairy production, used to ensure food safety. However, the processes are expensive to run and maintain, and the characteristics of the milk changes as it has been heated and subjected to mechanical stress.

The company was founded in 2004 in Northern Denmark, originally manufacturing nozzles for cleaning sewer pipes and rain water pipes. In 2012, the company started developing a new type of flap gates for these pipes based on the company's previous experience within the field and new innovative ideas. At the time of writing, the company has provided solutions based on the unique flap gates for 19 Danish cities and towns, including multiple solutions for the capital region.
